Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of AgenteSEO (“the service”). By creating an account or using the platform you accept these conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
AgenteSEO is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that measures your AI-search visibility (GEO) and generates SEO reports from the data sources you connect. The service is provided “as is,” and we improve its features on an ongoing basis.
2. Accounts and access
Access is by approval: you create an account and we activate it manually. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use.
3. Subscription and payments
- The service is billed as a monthly subscription, according to the plan you choose.
- Payments are made by bank transfer using the details shown in your Billing panel. Your access stays active while your subscription is up to date.
- If your payment is not confirmed before the due date, access to reports and scans may be blocked until it is settled.
- You can change plans or cancel by writing to us at any time.
4. Acceptable use
By using the service you agree not to:
- Monitor domains in which you have no legitimate interest.
- Attempt to breach security, access other organizations’ data, or abuse the APIs.
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization.
- Use the service for illegal purposes.
5. Your data and integrations
You retain ownership of your data and of the accounts you connect (Google Search Console, Analytics, and others). You grant us permission to process them and generate your reports while you use the service. The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.
6. Availability and limitation of liability
We make our best effort to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. AI-visibility results are estimates based on responses from third-party models and may vary. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the service.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel whenever you want; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will notify you, and the “last updated” date will reflect the current version.
